Members of Vancouver Chapter of the Vintage Car Club of Canada will be showing their collector and antique cars at the London Heritage Farm for the first time on Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 12 to 3 pm. In this event, participating members will enjoy their Annual Strawberry Tea at the Tea Room and the opportunity to stroll around the Farmhouse and the Grounds. They will also be pleased to show their cars and discuss about the features with the visiting public.
Majority of the cars on show will be from the 1950’s and 1960’s with some from both earlier and later periods. Very much depending on the weather, there is a possibility some of the pre-1930 “open” cars will be driven to and displayed at the show.
The Vancouver Chapter of the Vintage Car Club of Canada has a membership of about 200, a few of whom have been in the club almost since its inauguration in 1957 and many have been members for more than 40 years.
The photos below show the type of cars that are typically brought to shows by the members.
